Supporting students from high school through higher education, professional practice, leadership, and lifelong service.
Launched in 2024, the High School to Hygiene™ Pathway introduces high school students to careers in oral healthcare through classroom education, hands-on training, mentorship, shadowing, and real-world professional experiences.
Our commitment does not end when students graduate from high school. BrownGirlRDH continues supporting participants as they pursue higher education through scholarships, professional mentorship, continuing education, leadership opportunities, and connection to a national community of oral healthcare professionals.
As graduates become professionals, they are encouraged to return as mentors, volunteers, committee members, speakers, and leaders for the next generation.
