BrownGirlRDH is a nonprofit organization focused on strengthening the dental hygiene workforce through education, access, and career support.

We believe addressing the dental hygiene shortage starts with building strong pipelines from high school exposure to professional practice and supporting students and hygienists at every stage of their journey.

Our work includes scholarships, mentorship, workforce programs, professional development, and community partnerships designed to increase access to education and improve long-term career success.
